No, the 50G Interlaken Intel® FPGA IP is not supported for Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX devices. 

Resolution

To implement an Interlaken compliant interface on an Intel Cyclone 10 GX device, set the ‘Transceiver configuration rules’ to ‘Interlaken’ in the Transceiver Native PHY Intel Arria 10/Cyclone 10 FPGA IP GUI in the Intel® Quartus® Pro software. You can also use one of the Interlaken Presets available in the Transceiver Native PHY Intel Arria 10/Cyclone 10 FPGA IP GUI.
