Is PLL cascading supported for Cyclone® IV GX device transceivers?

Description

No, you cannot cascade the PLLs when used for transceivers. Quartus® II version 10.0 Service Pack 1 and earlier may not restrict such implementation, but PLL cascading is not supported when the PLL is used for the transceiver.
