Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 13.1 and earlier, you may see this internal error when compiling a design that contains invalid physical width for WYSIWYG RAM atoms.

Resolution

To work around this problem, ensure all RAMs use a valid ram configuration for width and depth as stated in the embedded memory block user guide for the device you are using.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus II software.
