How can I obtain a Conflict Minerals report for Altera devices?

Description

Conflict Minerals information is tabulated in the EICC/GeSI format in accordance with the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development.

You can download a copy of the EICC/GeSI form the Conflict Minerals webpage. 

Resolution

At the bottom of the Conflict Minerals page, there is a link to log into your myAltera account.  Once you log in your browser will automatically start the download process.
