Error: "Cannot open child of a schematic" (Mentor Graphics)

Description

This error occurs when there are broken references in the MGC_location_map file. To eliminate this error, check the Mentor Graphics error script to find the soft link for the broken reference and enter the appropriate path for that soft link in your MGC_location_map file.
