Error (175020): Illegal constraint of pin to the region <region> to <region> : no valid locations in region

Description

You may get this error in the Quartus® II software when you are using DQ pins in your design and you have the migration feature enabled.  The DQ groups may have conflicting pin locations between migration devices resulting in a lack of usable DQ pins in the respective DQ group.  This means that pins in the respective DQ group can only be used as general purpose I/O (GPIO).
