No, the Stratix® V device family does not support the Enable Beneficial Skew Optimization option.

Resolution

In the Quartus® II software version 13.1 and earlier, the Quartus II Help incorrectly states that the Stratix V device family does support this option.

This problem is scheduled to be corrected in a future release of the Quartus II Help.
