Do Cyclone II device user I/O pins have Schmitt triggers?

Description

No, the Cyclone® II device user I/O pins do not have a Schmitt trigger option. The JTAG and configuration pins that have Schmitt triggers are: TMS, TCK, TDI, nCONFIG, nCE, DATA0, nSTATUS, CONF_DONE and DCLK.

The Schmitt trigger hysteresis varies with VCCIO.

VCCIO=3.3V, hysteresis ~ 250mV
VCCIO=2.5V, hysteresis ~ 200mV
VCCIO=1.8V, hysteresis ~ 150mV
VCCIO=1.5V, hysteresis ~ 120mV
