Can I simulate the altpriority_encoder megafunction?

Description

No, there is no simulation model for the altpriority_encoder megafunction. This megafunction was part of legacy IP and is no longer supported. The megafunction can be synthesized in the Quartus® II software, but it is provided 'as is'. It is not available in the MegaWizard™ Plug-In Manager and cannot be simulated in RTL simulation.
