Can I simulate Block Design Files (.bdf) files using the ModelSim-Altera Edition software?

Description

The ModelSim-Altera Edition software only supports simulation of VHDL or Verilog HDL design files. To simulate a design created in a block design file (.bdf), convert the design into VHDL or Verilog HDL format.
