Are JEDEC programming files (.jed) supported for configuration devices?

Description

No. The JED file format is not supported for configuration devices. Trying to save a configuration device programming file as a JED file is not supported in the MAX PLUS^® II or Quartus^® II software, and any attempt to do so will cause unexpected results. Use the .pof, .hex, .jam, .jbc, or .svf files to program your configuration device.
