You must set the Qsys FAMILY before other QSYS_FILE settings

Description

In the Quartus II software version 15.0, compilation can fail if you set the device family (FAMILY) in the Quartus II Settings File (.qsf) after any device-family specific .qsf assignment (such as QSYS_FILE).

Resolution

Certain .qsf assignments have device-family specific behavior. You must set the FAMILY .qsf assignments before setting any other device-family specific .qsf assignments.
