Why there is no length checking for VLAN and Stacked VLAN frames in 10-Gbps Ethernet MAC IP CORE?

Description

In the 10-Gbps Ethernet MAC MegaCore® function version 10.1 and earlier, the IP core does not perform length checking on all VLAN and stacked VLAN frames.

All configurations.

Solution Status

This issue is fixed in the 10-Gbps Ethernet MAC MegaCore function version 11.0.

Resolution

There is no workaround.
