Why the text in the Design Assistant Report does not resized correctly?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 19.1, when you check the Design Assistant rules in the Compilation Report -> Design Assistant -> Design Assistant Result in the GUI and resize the window, the text might not be resized correctly. 

Resolution

This problem does not affect the functionality and is safe to ignore.

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 19.3.
