Why the "IP Synchronization Result" window appears every time a Platform Designer system opens in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 19.1?

Due to a problem in the communication between the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 19.1 and Platform Designer, you may see the "IP Synchronization Result" window appearing every time a Platform Designer system is open.
 

Resolution

You can safely ignore this behavior, press ok in the "IP Synchronization Result" window, and continue working in the Platform Designer tool.
