Why the device power rails specification found in Power Delivery Network tool (PDN) different from the device datasheet?

Description

The different specification found between Power Delivery Network tool (PDN) and device datasheet is due to that the PDN tool only covers the printed circuit board (PCB) portion while the device datasheet includes the consideration of the device package. Users should always refer to PDN specification when performing power integrity analysis.
