Why is there no value reported for RSKM when using LVDS SERDES Intel® FPGA IP with Intel Agilex® devices?

Description

Due to a known problem in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 19.4 and earlier, when targeting Intel Agilex® devices, there will be no value reported for Receiver Skew Margin (RSKM) when using LVDS SERDES Intel® FPGA IP.

Resolution

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.1.
