Why is there no option available to open Programming File Generator setting file (.pfg) from the Programming File Generator?

Description

In the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 19.4 and prior, you cannot open a previously saved Programming File Generator setting file (.pfg) file in the Programming File Generator as the ‘Open’ action is not visible in the user interface.

Resolution

To work around this problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 19.4, open the Programming File Generator setting file (.pfg) file from the ‘File Open’ option in the main Intel® Quartus® Prime window.

This problem is fixed in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 20.1 and later.
