Why is there no difference in generated programming files, while using Convert Programming Files tool with and without "Disable AS mode CONF_DONE error check" option in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 17.1 and higher?

Description

Due to a known problem in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 17.1 and later, you may observe no difference in generated programming files for Intel® Arria® 10 or Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX devices while using the Convert Programming Files utility and advance option  "Disable AS mode CONF_DONE error check". 

Resolution

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.3.
