Why is there a pop-up window when I run Clean Project in Windows* 10 OS?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.1 and earlier in Windows* OS, when you open a project and choose the option Project > Clean Project, you may see a pop-up window showing the following message:

 

"Detected project compiling. Do you want to monitor the compilation?"

Resolution

In the Pop-up message select "No".  You can safely ignore this message.
