Why is the Transceiver Toolkit not visible when using F-Tile PMA/FEC Direct PHY Multirate Intel® FPGA IP?

Description

Currently, Transceiver Toolkit is not supported for F-Tile PMA/FEC Direct PHY Multirate Intel Agilex® 7 FPGA IP in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.3 and earlier. 

Resolution

This feature has been supported by the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software 23.1. To work around this problem, you can run Transceiver Toolkit by using F-Tile PMA/FEC Direct PHY Intel® FPGA IP.
