Description

The PCI Express* Link Inspector is not available for the P-Tile Debug Toolkit in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.2. 

Resolution

 The PCI Express* Link Inspector is available for the P-Tile Debug Toolkit in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.3.
