Why is the Failure-in-time (FIT) for Altera configuration devices (EPCS and EPCQ) not in the Reliability Report?

Description

The FIT of Altera® EPCS and EPCQ configuration devices are not provided in the Reliability Report since these configuration devices are only active for a very short duration, and most of the time the device is in-active.

In other words, most of the time, the power is almost ‘zero’ and the device is not active for a long enough period of time to perform a life test at high junction temperature.
