Why is the EMIF Toolkit DQ Output Delay value large compared to the DQ Input Delay value?
Description
The delay values for DQ/DQS/DM reported in the EMIF Debug Toolkit are the number of delay chain taps being used. The number is the absolute setting and a large number should not be considered erroneous. The total number of taps is quite large, and the starting setting is in the middle so that the DQS to DQ alignment can be adjusted in both directions during calibration to optimize the data valid window.Updated 3 months ago
