The [Diff Pin] section is not yet supported in IBIS files generated by the Quartus® II software for the Stratix® V, Arria® V, and Cyclone® V device families.

Resolution

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro/Standard Edition software version 13.0
