Why is the Arria 10 device Transceiver Toolkit EyeQ feature grayed out in Quartus Prime versions 16.0 and later?

Description

Due to a problem with the device On-Die Instrumentation (ODI), the Arria™ 10 Transceiver Toolkit EyeQ feature is no longer supported in Quartus™ Prime versions 16.0 and later.
