Why is no display output observed in FRL mode when using the F-Tile HDMI IP Design Example with the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.3?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.3, due to a changes in IOPLL calibration, you will encounter failing link training at LTS:3 when connecting with HDMI 2.1's FRL mode there will be no display output in FRL mode.

Resolution

There is no workaround for this problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.3, This problem is fixed beginning with version 24.4 of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
