Why I am receiving this message when programming CFI Flash "No support for CFI algorithm 512 on 32 bit flash" ?

Description

While trying to use the Nios II flash programmer with A10 GX board to program a flash file to CFI flash, you might get the error below:

No CFI override data for [FLASH-0089-0089]
No support for CFI algorithm 512 on 16 bit flash

OR

No support for CFI algorithm 512 on 32 bit flash

Leaving target processor paused

Resolution

There will be a fix in future Quartus II releases. The current workaround is to use the POF flow.
