Why HDMI RX core aux_error does not indicate Error Correction Code (ECC) parity error correctly

Description

In HDMI RX core, aux_error does not indicate error if Error Correction Code (ECC) parity carried with the BCH block does not match the ECC parity calculated from the auxiliary data. This is because there is a bug in the ECC parity calculation. There is no impact to the auxiliary data stream.
