Why has the Raw Binary File (rbf) for Partial Reconfiguration (PR) increased in size when generated for Intel® Arria® 10 devices in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro software version 18.1?

In Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 18.1, due to some improvements in the Partial Reconfiguration (PR) feature of Intel® Arria® 10 devices, you may see a larger size of the Raw Binary File (rbf) for PR, when compared to previous versions of the Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition software.
