Why error_tx asserted frequently to report SEU error when enabled ECC check in SerialLite III?

Description

When enable ECC check in SerialLite III streaming IP, error_tx may false report SEU errors when adaptive FIFOs are empty.

Resolution

t will be fixed in Quartus Prime 18.0 software. Please contact mySupport for patch request for previous software versions.
