Why does the Vectored Interrupt Controller fail to generate in SOPC Builder 10.1-SP1

Description

I've instantiated the Vectored Interrupt Controller with a Nios® II processor. When I generate the SOPC Builder system I see the following errors:

Error: vic_csr: File C:/altera/10.1/ip/altera/altera_vectored_interrupt_controller/csr/altera_vic_csr.sv written by generation callback did not contain a module called altera_vic_csr
Info: vic_csr: "vic1" instantiated altera_vic_csr "vic_csr"
Error: vic_priority: File C:/altera/10.1/ip/altera/altera_vectored_interrupt_controller/priority/altera_vic_priority.sv written by generation callback did not contain a module called altera_vic_priority
Info: vic_priority: "vic1" instantiated altera_vic_priority "vic_priority"
Error: vic_vector: File C:/altera/10.1/ip/altera/altera_vectored_interrupt_controller/vector/altera_vic_vector.sv written by generation callback did not contain a module called altera_vic_vector

This issue is fixed in the Quartus® II software version 11.0. Users should use that version or a newer version of the Quartus II software.
