Why does the UniPHY example design always generate with the default device part number?

Description

When using the Cyclone® V, Arria® V, or Stratix® V EMIF UniPHY IP example design, you may find that the generated example design is always set with the default device part number.

This issue affects the example design device part number regardless of whether the Quartus project uses a different device part number.
