Why does the Stratix IV GX Development Kit fail the QDR II test of the Board Test System that comes with the kit?

Description

If your Stratix® IV GX Development Kit comes with QDRII NEC SRAM, you may observe a failure in QDRII test of the Board Test System. The workaround is to use the Kit Installation v10.1.0 and above. It can be downloaded from Stratix IV GX FPGA Development Kits.
