Why does the report clock sector utilization show no clock information after full compilation?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 18.1 and earlier, you might notice that the clock sector utilization is not showing the clock information in the chip planner after full compilation in Intel® Stratix®10 FPGA design.

Resolution

To work around the problem, close and reopen the Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition Software.

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition Software version 19.1.
