Why does the Platform Designer diff script tool show me incorrect device information for the second system?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Software version 21.3 and later,  the Platform Designer system diff script tool ( diff_get_parameter_differences ) may show incorrect device information comparison data on the second system. 

Resolution

This problem is scheduled to be resolved in a future version of the Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition Software.
