Why does the MATLAB workspace report incorrect device family with DSP Builder for Intel® FPGAs v18.0?

Description

Due to a problem with the DSP Builder for Intel® FPGAs v18.0, you might observe incorrect device family parameter reported at the MATLAB workspace when you change the device family for a DSP Builder design example. This incorrect parameter at MATLAB workspace can be safely ignored.

Resolution

This problem is fixed beginning with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 18.1.
