Why does the Intel® Stratix® 10 DX P-Tile Avalon® Memory Mapped (Avalon-MM) PCIe* Gen3x16 IP simulation fail with Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro software version 19.4?

Description

Due to a problem with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 19.4, VCS simulation of the Intel® Stratix® 10 DX P-Tile Avalon® Memory Mapped (Avalon-MM) PCIe* Gen3x16 IP fails.

Resolution

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 20.2.
