Why does the HDMI Intel® FPGA IP simulation design example generation fail on Windows* 10 operating systems?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 19.1, failure will occur when generating the HDMI Intel® FPGA IP simulation design example on Windows* 10 operating systems. 

Resolution

There is no workaround for this problem.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
