Why does the GTS HDMI IP Design Example without an Integrated Transceiver and Dual Simplex configuration fail to compile?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.2, the GTS HDMI IP Design Example without Integrated Transceiver and Dual Simplex mode in the Agilex™ 5 FPGA devices will fail to compile during the fitter stage.

Resolution

This problem is fixed beginning with version 24.3 of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
