Why does the F-Tile Transceiver Toolkit not function for FHT designs on some devices in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.2?

Description

Due to a problem with the F-Tile Transceiver Toolkit when using Intel Agilex® F-tile devices with the Ordering Part Number (OPN) ending VR3, it’s unable to address the required registers properly and, therefore, will not function.

Resolution

This problem is fixed beginning with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 22.3.
