Why does the F-Tile JESD204B Intel FPGA IP fail on the Receiver side?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.1 and earlier,  the FGT Rx Adaptation cannot take place in the internal and external loopback test, leading to test failure on the RX Interface.

This problem is caused by an incorrect internal setting in the F-Tile JESD204B Intel® FPGA IP.

Resolution

This problem has been fixed starting in version 23.2 of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
