Why does the F-Tile FGT channel DFE Tap 1 show illegal value in the Transceiver Toolkit of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.3 and later?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.3, the DFE Tap1 of the F-Tile FGT channel may show illegal values in the Transceiver Toolkit in normal operation. It's a software GUI problem, not real illegal values. Users can ignore it when the link status is fine.

Resolution

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software.
