Why does the details panel in the Open Example Project window display the incorrect development kit name for pre-installed example designs?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.1, the pre-installed example designs are not displaying the correct development kit names, which should be targeting the Agilex™ 7 FPGA F-Series Development Kit (Production 1 P-Tile & E-Tile) DK-DEV-AGF014EA instead of the Agilex™ 7 FPGA F-Series Development Kit DK-DEV-AGF0140ES/P.

 

 

Resolution

To work around this problem, ignore this incorrect development kit name as it is not a functional problem.

This problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.2.
