Why does Simulation Library Compiler give a warning of Path <EDA executable path> obtained from EDA Simulation Library Compiler Options is not valid?

Description

Due to a problem in Quartus® Prime software version 17.1 Update 1 or earlier, you may see this warning message when running EDA Simulation Library Compiler for Synopsys® VCS simulator.

Resolution

This warning can be safely ignored.

This warning is suppressed starting with the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.1.
