Why does Signal Tap create a simulation testbench project that contains incorrect file paths?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.3, you may see the Signal Tap "Create Simulation Testbench" dialog box creates a project with incorrect file paths. This problem occurs when a directory other than the project directory is selected.

Resolution

To work around this problem, use the project directory as the testbench output directory.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
