WHy does Qsys show the reset, locked and phase done conduits attached to the PLL?

Description

The Qsys GUI interface shows the reset, locked and phase done conduits attached to PLLs even when these signals are not selected in the qmegawizard option. 

Resolution

If  the signals are not enabled (selected) in the qmegawizard, there will not have any functionality or affect on the design. User may ignore these signals.
