Why does programming an EPCQ-A device take much longer time than programming an EPCQ device in programming JTAG Indirect Configuration File (.jic)?

Description

Due to a problem of Windows® version of Intel® Quartus® Prime software,  when using Intel FPGA download cable II, programming an EPCQ-A device may take much longer time than programming an EPCQ device in programming .jic file. 

Resolution

This issue will be fixed in future version of Intel Quartus Prime software.
