Why does Pin L4 of the Stratix™ GX EP1SGX40DF1020C6ES device not appear in the Assignment Editor of the Quartus® II software version 3.0 SP1?

Description

This pin is missing in the Assignment Editor in the Quartus II software version 3.0 SP1. The work-around is to open the Assign Pins dialog box (Assignments Menu), and then choose pin L4 from the lists of pins.

This problem will be fixed in a future version of the Quartus II software.
