Why does my Signal Tap instance fail to trigger correctly after the first successful power-up triggered acquisition?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.3, you may see your Signal Tap instance uses the initial power up trigger instead of the trigger condition you have set.

Resolution

To work around this problem, create a new Signal Tap instance without the power-up trigger enabled.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
